OVERSIZE introduce new vocalist Nick Nowak on single "Separate"
Released through SharpTone Records, the track is the band's first recording since debut album "Vital Signs" and opens a new creative chapter.
OVERSIZE have started a new era with "Separate", the first song to feature new vocalist Nick Nowak. The single is out now via SharpTone Records, arriving roughly a year after the band's debut album "Vital Signs".
The group say the shift is about more than a lineup change, pointing to a new creative outlook shaped by everything they learned while making their first record. They describe having a far clearer sense of who they are as musicians and as a band, and say they are glad to finally share part of what they have been working on.
"Separate" was actually the last song written before the band entered the studio, finished about a week ahead of the sessions. Although the tracklist seemed settled, it quickly became obvious to the members that this was the song that had to be recorded and released first.
OVERSIZE will be back on the road next month as support on The Devil Wears Prada's European run, joined by Novelists and 156/Silence. The dates begin in October in Munich and continue through Wiesbaden, Hamburg, Eindhoven, Vienna, Leipzig, Prague, Cologne, Antwerp and Paris, before a UK leg taking in Bristol, Leeds, London, Manchester and a final show at Birmingham's O2 Institute.
