Dashboard Confessional shares a new acoustic version of "Vindicated"
Chris Carrabba's band has released a stripped-down rerecording of one of the most recognizable songs in its catalog.
Dashboard Confessional has shared a new acoustic recording of "Vindicated," one of the best-known songs in the band's catalog. The rendition is available to watch now.
The new take strips the song back to the format most associated with the project's earliest years, when Chris Carrabba built Dashboard Confessional's identity around voice and acoustic guitar. "Vindicated" remains a staple of the band's live sets and one of the defining songs of 2000s emo.
No further details were announced about the context of the recording or whether it belongs to a larger project.
