XCOMM talk LA hardcore and debut album Time to Burn at Warped Tour 2026

The Venice/Westside band sat down at the Washington, DC stop of Vans Warped Tour to discuss their Ross Robinson-produced debut.

XCOMM sat for a video interview with Chorus.fm at the Washington, DC stop of Vans Warped Tour 2026. The young band comes out of the Venice and Westside Los Angeles hardcore scene and has built a quick reputation on explosive live sets and a sound rooted in hardcore punk that refuses to stay inside one genre.

Much of the conversation centers on Time to Burn, the group's 2026 debut album, produced by Ross Robinson, the figure behind landmark records by Korn, Slipknot and Glassjaw, among others. The eleven-track record channels teenage frustration, restless energy and a love of hardcore into uncompromising punk.

That album helped push XCOMM from local DIY shows onto increasingly bigger stages, a run that led to their Warped Tour appearance this year. The interview digs into the band's rise and into the next generation keeping Los Angeles hardcore moving forward.
