The Paradox discuss their rapid rise in video interview filmed at Warped Tour DC

Formed in Atlanta in 2024, the band has already topped Billboard's Alternative Airplay chart and opened for Green Day.

The Paradox sat down for a video interview with Chorus.fm during the Vans Warped Tour stop in Washington, DC, the show that kicked off the summer run. The conversation covered the band's fast-moving first year and a half.

Since forming in Atlanta in 2024, the group has built an audience of millions and scored a number one on Billboard's Alternative Airplay chart. Their mix of pop-punk and alternative rock has continued to find new listeners at a steady clip.

High-profile backing has followed. Billie Joe Armstrong tapped the band to open for Green Day, Travis Barker appeared on "Bender," and Jack White, SZA, Kid Cudi and LeBron James have all voiced support for the group.

Beyond Warped Tour, The Paradox has also performed at NPR's Tiny Desk, one of the most coveted platforms for rising acts in the United States. The full interview is available through Chorus.fm.
