My Chemical Romance unearth 2007 live rarity from The Black Parade reissue
"Someone Out There Loves You (Live from Hoboken)" was recorded at Maxwell's in New Jersey during the album's original touring cycle
My Chemical Romance have shared a previously unreleased bonus track from the expanded 20th anniversary edition of The Black Parade, due out next week. The song, "Someone Out There Loves You (Live from Hoboken)", arrives with an accompanying video.
The recording was captured at Maxwell's in New Jersey in 2007, while the band was on the road behind the album. It had never been officially released before, and documents the energy of the era that reshaped the group's career.
In a statement, the band looked back on writing the record two decades ago as the follow-up to Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge, saying they had no way of knowing at the time what it would come to mean. They added that the new package marks the first time everything finished during those sessions has been gathered in a single collection.
The deluxe release lands in the same week that My Chemical Romance close out the US leg of The Black Parade 2026 Tour. The run finishes with a five-night stand at the Hollywood Bowl, a feat the band says no other artist has pulled off at the venue. The first of those shows takes place on Wednesday, October 21st, with the final night falling on Halloween.
Between the archival release and the Los Angeles residency, the band is wrapping up a year built almost entirely around the record that became the centerpiece of its catalog.
