LDB Fest 2027 lineup led by Haywire, Integrity and Harm's Way

LDB Fest has revealed the lineup for its 2027 edition. One of the biggest annual gatherings on the hardcore calendar, the festival takes place Feb. 12-13 at Louisville's Mellwood Art Center, with Haywire and Integrity at the top of the bill.

Organizers say the event will happen "in an even smaller room with a shorter stage," which means tickets should move fast. The downsizing also comes with a shift in booking: in recent years LDB reached outside hardcore for headliners like Basement, Superheaven and Saves The Day, but that won't be the case this time.

High on the bill are XWeaponX and Inclination, two Louisville straight-edge bands that share members with Knocked Loose, along with God's Hate and Criminal Instinct. Chicago's Harm's Way are also booked, after a stretch in which their only recent shows were memorials for late guitarist Bo Lueders. North Carolina's Advent return as well, a band that split in 2011 and has stayed largely quiet since its 2017 comeback EP Pain And Suffering.

The rest of the lineup leans on the underground's current crop, including Holder, the Sissy Boys, Prevention, En Love, No Idols, Bad Beat, Step 2 This, Si Dios Quiere, Scorched Earth Policy, Everybody Takes One, Fröthing Mad, Sick Of Talk, Bloodshed and Death Sin.

The other major early-year hardcore event, FYA Fest, is set for Jan. 9-10 at the Orlando Warehouse. Its still-incomplete lineup features Floorpunch, Poison The Well, Carry On, Breakdown, Earth Crisis, Path Of Resistance and Ringworm, plus Angel Du$t, Fiddlehead, Harm's Way, God's Hate, XWeaponX, Contention and Division Of Mind, with more names still to be announced.
