Destroy Boys announce FOIE GRAS and share Backrooms-inspired "Hysteria" video

The band's new album arrives March 5 via Epitaph, produced by Zach Tuch and featuring Frank Iero on "Behavioral Euthanasia"

Destroy Boys have revealed their next album, FOIE GRAS, due March 5 through Epitaph. The title nods to the French delicacy made by force-feeding ducks until their livers swell, a framework the band uses to look at how the public is steadily fed disinformation, consumerism and political rhetoric.

Guitarist Violet Mayugba called the record the culmination of everything the group has done, saying it is "the most 'us' we have ever been." FOIE GRAS was produced by Zach Tuch, known for his work with Knocked Loose and Touché Amoré, and includes a guest appearance from My Chemical Romance's Frank Iero on "Behavioral Euthanasia."

Lead single "Hysteria" arrives with a video co-directed by Mayugba and Vince Lopez. The clip draws on horror thrillers such as Backrooms and The Shining, visually echoing the album's focus on societal unrest, economic precarity and the wider political landscape.

The 15-track album opens with "The Staircase" and runs through songs including "Strings of Fate," "¡Atención!," "All My Hair Is Falling Out," "Mother Maiden Whore," "Stop Playing The Blues" and closer "Fault Lines." Alternative Press has also announced an exclusive FOIE GRAS vinyl pressing limited to 250 copies, available through the AP Shop.
