Cobra Starship's Gabe Saporta drops a new night cream through his brand Brotege
Named Night Train, the all-in-one nighttime moisturizer is the second product from the skincare line the musician launched in 2025.
Gabe Saporta, frontman of Cobra Starship and former member of Midtown, has released the second product from Brotege, the skincare brand he founded in 2025. The new item is Night Train, an all-in-one nighttime moisturizer built for guys who have no interest in a complicated bedtime routine.
The name nods to the Guns N' Roses track "Nightrain." According to the brand, the formula packs retinol, hydrolyzed collagen, hyaluronic acid, caffeine, vitamins C and E, panthenol and safflower seed oil, promising smoother, more hydrated skin right away and improvement in the look of fine lines and uneven texture over time.
Brotege debuted last year with Good Boy Protection, a daily moisturizer combining hydration, anti-aging ingredients and sun protection in a single step. It earned Leaping Bunny cruelty-free certification and coverage from outlets including Forbes, KTLA and OK! Magazine. Night Train came out of customer messages asking whether the original could be used before bed — a problem, since nobody needs SPF while sleeping. Saporta cut the sunscreen, doubled the retinol and pushed the brand's chemist to load in as much as possible without adding a second step.
Saporta started the company after noticing that friends and fellow musicians were showing the wear of years spent on the road. He had already landed multi-platinum hits such as "Good Girls Go Bad" and "You Make Me Feel," headlining sold-out tours and supporting acts like Fall Out Boy and Justin Bieber. Brotege positions itself as a brand for the roughly 40% of men who own no face products at all, leaning on humor and affordability, and has built a presence across alternative culture from music festivals to MMA events. "Bro is a state of mind," Saporta says, noting the line is for anyone.
