Brew Ha Ha Productions has scheduled its first punk festival since the company scrapped its plans amid backlash. The Silverado Music & Tattoo Festival is set for Nov. 28 at Oak Canyon Park in Silverado, California.

The announced bill includes Face To Face, Dave Alvin And The Guilty Ones, Screeching Weasel, Fear, the Exploited, Leftover Crack, the John Doe Folk Trio, LA's Wasted Youth, Dwarves, Rick Shaw Billie's Burger Patrol, the Meteors, the Queers and Scott H. Biram, with more acts promised. A Punk In The Park return had been teased last month, but the new event does not carry that banner.

The trouble started last year, when it surfaced that Brew Ha Ha owner Cameron Collins had donated to Donald Trump's 2024 presidential campaign. The Dropkick Murphys said they would not play the festival again, and Collins issued a statement clarifying his political stance.

Earlier this year, the Dead Kennedys were booked for a Punk In The Park date and Jello Biafra defended the decision to keep the slot. The criticism did not let up, and Collins ultimately canceled everything he had lined up.

The promoter stayed busy outside the punk circuit in the meantime. Sublime Fest ran in three cities across the spring and summer, and Dial Up Festival is scheduled for November.
